Inside Sales Manager

Job Description and Duties

As Inside Sales Manager, you will be a vital link between our internal sales team, customers, field sales team, and operations. You’ll be based at least four days a week in Farmsum and play a key role in scaling the business efficiently.

You will:

  • Be part of the Management Team and report directly to the CEO
  • Lead the Inside Sales and Customer Service teams (currently 2 FTE)
  • Set up and manage a new Technical Support department
  • Drive the seamless sales process of our unique product offering
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Inside Sales and Customer Service team
  • Establish a Technical Support department using existing engineers and employees
  • Actively follow up on leads and support the field sales team during the sales cycle
  • Monitor and optimize the opportunity pipeline and sales forecast
  • Improve processes related to quotes, orders, and customer communication
  • Promote technical product knowledge and customer focus within the team
  • Share responsibility for the entire sales strategy


Who are you?

Your skills:

  • HBO (higher professional education) degree, or level of thinking in a commercial, technical, or business administration field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an inside sales role, including at least 2 years in a management role
  • Experience in a technical B2B environment (preferably industrial, electrical engineering, or fire safety)
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Fluent Dutch and English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
  • Leadership, analytical skills, and a hands-on mentality
